ISR OFFERS A DELIBERATE, ELEVATED APPROACH TO STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, GUIDING YOU BEYOND YOUR LIMITS AND INTO LASTING TRANSFORMATION. HERE, INDIVIDUAL LIMITS COME TO DIE, AND A STRONGER COMMUNITY IS BUILT IN ITS PLACE.

AJ DENNA

OWNER/COACH

AJ HAS SPENT OVER 15 YEARS IMMERSED IN STRENGTH TRAINING, BEGINNING AS AN ATHLETE AND QUICKLY STEPPING INTO COACHING. HE HAS TRAINED AND COACHED INDIVIDUALS ACROSS ALL LEVELS, FROM YOUTH ATHLETES TO COMPETITIVE POWERLIFTERS. HIS TIME IN THE ARMY’S 75TH RANGER REGIMENT SHAPED HIS APPROACH, WHERE PEAK PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE WAS ESSENTIAL AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. AS A FIRE TEAM LEADER, HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ELITE FITNESS STANDARDS UNDER HIGH-PRESSURE CONDITIONS. NOW, HE CONTINUES TO PUSH LIMITS THROUGH ULTRA MARATHON COMPETITION, BLENDING STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE INTO A WELL-ROUNDED TRAINING PHILOSOPHY.

HOLLY NEAL

LEAD STRENGTH COACH

HOLLY HAS NEARLY 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ROOTED IN COMPETITIVE AND COLLEGIATE SWIMMING, WHICH NATURALLY EVOLVED INTO A COACHING CAREER. AS A HIGH SCHOOL COACH, SHE BRINGS BOTH TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND A DEEP PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS GROW. IN 2020, SHE EXPANDED INTO SPIN INSTRUCTION AND STRENGTH COACHING, BROADENING HER IMPACT BEYOND THE POOL. HOLLY IS DRIVEN BY A MISSION TO HELP PEOPLE ENJOY MOVEMENT WHILE PUSHING PAST THEIR PERCEIVED LIMITS. SHE CREATES SUPPORTIVE, EMPOWERING ENVIRONMENTS WHERE CONFIDENCE AND RESILIENCE CAN THRIVE.

KANE ELLIOTT

LEAD PROGRAMMER/COACH

KANE BRINGS NEARLY A DECADE OF COACHING EXPERIENCE, HAVING TRAINED OVER 400 CLIENTS RANGING FROM EVERYDAY INDIVIDUALS TO COMPETITIVE ATHLETES. WITH MORE THAN 15 YEARS OF PERSONAL LIFTING EXPERIENCE, HE HAS COMPETED NATIONALLY IN OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING AND IN POWERLIFTING AT A HIGH LEVEL. HIS TRANSITION INTO LAW ENFORCEMENT DIDN’T SLOW HIS COMMITMENT TO FITNESS, BUT INSTEAD REINFORCED THE IMPORTANCE OF STRENGTH IN REAL-WORLD PERFORMANCE. KANE PRIORITIZES TRAINING THAT IS SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM, ADAPTING PROGRAMS TO FIT A WIDE RANGE OF GOALS AND LIFESTYLES. HIS PHILOSOPHY CENTERS ON CONSISTENCY AND THE BELIEF THAT STRENGTH IS A LIFELONG ASSET.
